REVIEW TUESDAY (RT): Organix Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo

Hi Beautifuls! It’s Tuesday! And Tuesday is the day when my school schedule is the most boring; and school takes up pretty much half my day. Soooo, I decided to amp up my Tuesday by bringing you my very new segment called REVIEW TUESDAY (because i cannot be more original than that haha) I’m going to call it RT for short. But if you have any ideas on what to call it, please leave a comment! Any help would be much appreciated. 😀
On to the review!:
My monologue a month or so ago:
“There you are. The hugely raved about Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo.. Finally in my hands! I’ve been searching high and low for you. Now I’m going to try you out! EAT MY DIRT AND GIVE ME SHINY HAIR!”
Okay, enough with the monologues. :p
A lot of people absolutely LOVE this shampoo!

It claims to: Penetrate hair to restore shine and softness while strengthening and creating soft, seductive silky perfection.
Sulfate-free. YAY FOR THAT!
Cruelty-free (Not tested on animals)
Eco-friendly Bottles
Aqua (Water), Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Dimethicone Copolyol, Cocamide DEA, Glycol Distearate, Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kemel Oil, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa Butter) Extract, Parfum, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Leaf Extract, Panthenol, Polyquatemium-11, Cetyl Alcohol, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, PEG-23M, DMDM Hydantoin, CI 16035 (Red 40), CI 19140 (Yellow 5), Limonene, Lanalool.
Okay, honestly? This shampoo didn’t work – For my hair at least. I have an oily scalp, but my hair is super fine and dry (Does that even make sense?) I feel that this shampoo is a little bit too drying for my hair and it makes my hair feel so dry and so damaged. It gives me a million more tangles than I already have (Okay, that was a little exaggerated. Not a million, but definitely a lot more!)
Looking at the ingredient list, I would think that this shampoo would be super nourishing for the hair because it contains Argan Oil, Avocado Oil, Cocoa Butter and Coconut Oil: That’s a heck lot of oil right there!! Where did it all go?!
If you don’t have dry or overly dry hair like mine, then this might work for you. The price is also pretty steep for just a shampoo. It’s SG$15.90 with tax. I mean, I wouldn’t usually spend that much money on shampoo. But I did because I’ve heard amazing things about it.
Definitely not. I wouldn’t spend that much money on a shampoo that does not do anything for my hair.

What do you guys think about RT?

  • Great review, I'm your newest follower, check out my blog. 🙂

  • hey Jia, nice review.:)

  • woah it made your hair drier? I was gonna pick this up because CVS was having a sale on it, but now I'm not sure. I have pretty damaged hair (just bleached red hair to super light blonde hair) I don't want to spend the money then it not working.

  • 🙂

  • Thank you! 🙂

  • I would definitely not recommend it! Especially because you have bleached/damaged hair. <3
