Are you up for a CHALLENGE?

Hi beauties! I have been a terrible blogger and I know that! I don't have an excuse, :p

Today I am here with a challenge that I came up with, anyone up for it?

This challenge will start from 20th September to 20th October.

I decided to call it "See ya next year, Summer"! And basically, it's a makeup & nail art challenge that starts off with a bright, summer challenge and ends with a fall one.

There are going to be six challenges for the duration of one month. You can go at your own pace, as long as you have all six challenges up at the end of the month.

For each challenge, you can either come up with a makeup look or a manicure that goes with the theme. Let me briefly explain all the six challenges.

Challenge 1: Goodbye Summer!
Say goodbye to summer with your FAVOURITE summer manicure/makeup look.

Challenge 2: Forget-me-not
Recreate your favourite summer memory on your face or nails.

Challenge 3: Crank it up!
Create a makeup look or a manicure based on your favourite song throughout summer.

Challenge 4: Go Wild!
Let your imagination run wild. This is a free challenge. Create any makeup look/manicure you want. Show us your wild side! ;)

Challenge 5: Monochrome
Transition from summer to fall eh? Think black and white or different shades of the same colour.

Challenge 6: Hello FALL!
Create a fall manicure/makeup look. Base the look around the things about fall that inspires you/makes you happy.

REVIEW: Maybelline Falsies Volum' Express Mascara (Before & After Pictures)

I stupidly forgot to photograph the actual product itself, how surprising (sarcastic tone). So this is from Google.

Hey beauties! Today I have a mascara review for you! The Maybelline Falsies Volum' Express Mascara!! As many of you know, this is my favourite mascara right now and I think it will still be for quite some time.

This is definitely a very dramatic mascara, so if you like the natural look, then I wouldn't recommend this. But if you have Asian lashes (short, sparse, stick-straight) like me, then this is perfect for you! The waterproof formula will help hold the curl in place.

I love layering a few coats of mascara; but for the sake of this review, the pictures below are of ONE coat of this amazing mascara!

It is very clumpy (for that dramatic look) but I really don't mind. The clumps aren't too noticable unless you take a closeup picture of your eye, haha. :D Layering this mascara WILL make the clumps more noticable. You can apply just one coat of this mascara because this is MAGIC. :p

Soooo.. on to the pictures! CLICK TO ENLARGE

These are BEFORE shots of my eye closeup:

And these are AFTER ONE COAT shots of my eye closeup:

Can you see what I see?! It's an awesome transformation, considering it's only 1 coat and my lashes are really, really just non-existent.

I'm definitely a huge fan of this mascara, but I'm rating this mascara a B+ because sometimes I feel like the formula is too clumpy for me when I want more of a natural look and I know most of you guys like the all natural look. But this works really, really good on my "type" of lashes!

Would I repurchase it?: Definitely!

Thanks for reading! MWAH <3

Okay.. not really. My sister sent it to me. She collected a few things, about 6 I believe that she wasn't particularly interested in. She collected these for three months. These items were from the May Box (Gossip Girl), June Box (Jet Set) & the latest box, July's box (5 Senses).

I'm always interested in trying new products, no matter what they are. So I was really excited when this showed up on my table when I got home! I already knew that my sister was going to send me some products, but I didn't know it was going to arrive THAT quick. She's in the US and it only took about 6 days, that IS fast. It felt like Christmas, because I had no idea what was in the box!

So on to what she sent me!:

This is the Miracle Skin Transformer for the Body with SPF20 by Sarah McNamara. I tried this on my arm and oh my god, it glowed and shimmered! Can't wait to wear this to a party! Or prom, or something. WOOHOO :D

This was what I was MOST EXCITED about! I LOVE nail polishes especially colours like this. I call it a "candy" colour, like a pastel shade. But this one is kind of too bright to be a pastel. This is in Blue-Ming and here's a swatch! :

That was after a few days of wear, so.. it's a little chipped. But the colour is still really pretty.

Next is this Stila 10-in-1 HD Beauty Balm. I don't like the smell of this. :/ A full review on this coming up soon, so remember to check back! :)

Yay! I LOVE headbands! Every type of headbands. This is the type where there's a little wire in the cloth and you can bend it to form shapes, it's super fun! And I love hair accessories.

I use this pair of earphones all the time now! Where ever I am, using these to listen to music instantly adds a pop to whatever I'm wearing. These are so pretty and colourful. They definitely lift my mood.

This is a sunscreen which I have yet to try. I am on a hunt for a good sunscreen so if you have any recommendations, please leave a comment down below. :) I'll keep you guys posted on this!

So overall, I LOVE my box this month (heh :p). I'm looking forward to more of sister's unwanted trash :p LOL. I'm just kidding. These are all brand new.

I'm writing a book! & I was just wondering if you guys wanted to read what I've done so far (a few pages) and tell me what I could improve on! Thanks!

Thank you guys for reading and I LOVE THEE. :D
