Summer 2013 TIPS: BEACH BEAUTY SECRETS!

Hey girls! I’m so sorry I haven’t been posting lately- I’ve just been so busy! I know Summer time is coming but fret not! ‘Cause Amanda from SkincareHQ.org is sharing her tips so we can all become that beautiful beach babe.



Everyone wants to look like those gorgeous beach babes you see all summer long. You know the ones. They’re tan and thin, with flawless faces and gorgeous hair. Don’t you wish you knew their secrets? I’m sure you’ve wished that at least once, and you just so happen to be in luck because today you can learn their secrets once and for all! We’ve compiled a list of secrets that will help you become that beach beauty everyone else wishes they could be. Check them out!


Secret 1: Exercise

If you want the perfect beach body, there is no magical pill that will make you look that way. You have to exercise. Ideally, you should get 30 minutes of moderate exercise each day. This could be something as simple as taking a walk, dancing around to a couple of your favorite songs, or taking your bike for a scenic ride. If you want to loose weight and tone your muscles, you should also be doing strength training at least two or three days a week.


Secret 2: Hydrate


You need to keep yourself hydrated in order to look and feel your absolute best. Dehydration can lead to dried out skin, dried out hair, blood shot eyes, thin skin, and numerous health problems. You should try to drink at least eight cups each day, but might want to drink as many as ten or more if you are outside all of the time. You can help to keep your skin, in particular, hydrated by using lotions and moisturizers as necessary.


Secret 3: Wash Yourself!


While it may be obvious that you shouldn’t go a day without washing your body, did you know that you should also never let a day pass without washing your face? Your face can get all types of build up that lead to blemishes. Blemishes are a no-no if you can possibly avoid them.


Secret 4:Deep Condition

The heat and humidity of the summer months can leave your hair feeling dried out, frizzy, and just plain dull looking. You can fix this by deep conditioning your hair on a regular basis. Ideally, you should do it once a week, but even if you can only find the time once every other week, the beautiful results will be well worth it.


Secret 5: Eat Healthy

You are what you eat. I’m sure you’ve heard that old adage a million times, but it proves to be very true. If you stuff yourself with greasy foods, your skin is going to be greasy and chances are you will put on weight. If you eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, complex carbs, and lean proteins, however, you will see your skin, hair, nails, and health get better and better every day! It’s okay to splurge on some junk food once in a while, but you should avoid doing it as part of a daily routine by all costs.

So there you have it! Those are the five easy secrets to looking gorgeous all summer long. Take these secrets and use them so that you can be one of those gorgeous beach beauty’s everyone else wishes they were.   • People like to spend time on beaches because they want to relax and spend time with family and friends. I also love to spend time on beach as it is just the perfect place to relax and forget work for a while. The sound of the waves brings a feeling of calm and it is helpful to feel the stress fall away. But there is need to take care as sometimes it may cause of several health conditions, specially for hairs and skin. So, I hope these tips may helpful to enjoy time whenever we are there. thanks
