It’s the 5th week of The Alphabet Challenge and we’re still going strong! This week’s challenge features the letter “E”. Today’s post is My Everyday Makeup Products. I initially wanted to do a How-to post on “Enlarging Your Eyes Without Circle Lenses or False Eyelashes” but I haven’t got the time to take pictures of that yet so I thought I’d show you guys the products I use everytime I apply makeup. But if you would like me to do a post on Eye Enlarging (? lol), let me know!
These are products that I use when I do put on makeup and those that I feature two (like mascara & eyeliner), I switch up between them. This post is basically like my current favourite products that I use every day.
Without further ado, lets check out the products I use on a daily basis! Well.. after the jump.

My Everyday Face Makeup Products
1. Lancรดme Teint Miracle Foundation (US$40 at Sephora.com)
This is my holy grail foundation- I use it every single day! My shade is in Bisque 1 (N) and it’s slightly lighter than my skintone because my sister actually gave me this foundation after she found out it was way too dark for her. Unfortunately, I’m many, many shades darker than she is and this is still a tad bit light for me. I love it too much to care though (and the price is also crazy to purchase another one!) This foundation offers light to medium coverage and has a natural finish (not matte, not dewy). The finish doesn’t look dewy or oily but it makes your face look radiant (or as Lancome says, “Lit-from-within”).
2. Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray (US$14 for 1 oz  | US$29 for 4oz at Sephora.com)
I have combination skin and makeup just slides off my T-zone area throughout the day. This helps my makeup stick on my face and keeps my foundation from looking patchy after a long day. This really does lock the makeup in place and I use this over any foundation or BB Cream that I use. It also smells really fresh and nice. I spritz this setting spray on my face after my foundation (before powder).
3. e.l.f High Definition Powder ($6 at eyeslipsface.com)
I featured this product in my Favourite ELF Products post. I use this powder after my setting spray dries. This powder helps further lock my makeup in place and also makes my skin feel freaking smooth! It gives a flawless finish and makes skin feel smooth to the touch.
My Everyday Concealer and Eyebrow Kit
4. L’Oreal True Match Super-Blendable Crayon Concealer (US$8.99 at Ulta.com)
I use this under my eyes because I have really dark natural undereye bags (not the cute Japanese/Korean type.) It blends out really smoothly and evenly and gives a good amount of coverage. It’s super creamy but it doesn’t crease.
5. e.l.f Eyebrow Kit in Medium (US$3 at eyeslipsface.com)
My favourite eyebrow product- has everything I need for my eyebrows. I use the angled brush that comes in the kit and apply the powder to my eyebrows following the natural arch of my brows. Then I use the gel to seal it. Check out my brow routine here (which was my post for The Alphabet Challenge #2: B for Brows).
My Everyday Eye Makeup Products
6. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion in Original (US$20 at Sephora.com)
I use this on my eyelids even if I’m not wearing eyeshadow (just eyeliner) because it makes my eye makeup just stick and last all day. It doesn’t crease or make your eyeshadows fade. Best. Eye. Primer. Ever!
7. Urban Decay Naked Palette (US$50 at Sephora.com)
I have both the Naked and Naked 2 palette but the original Naked palette is definitely my favourite. I use the colour “Naked” in my crease, “Sin” on my eyelid, “Smog” on my outer corner, “Buck” to define the crease even more. When I’m lazy, I use “Virgin” and highlight my browbone & inner corners. If I’m not lazy, I pull out my Naked 2 palette and use “Foxy” to highlight my browbone and “Bootycall” to highlight my inner corners.
8. Dollywink Liquid Eyeliner (US$21.60- on sale at Sasa.com for US$15.50 now!)
My favourite black eyeliner! This eyeliner is a felt tip type of eyeliner and glides on the eyes smoothly. It is super dark and pigmented. I’ve had it for almost two years now and it’s only starting to dry out (granted, I don’t use it every day).
9. K-Palette Real Lasting Eyeliner in Brown (US$15.70 at Sasa.com)
I love this eyeliner! It is, again, the felt tip type. Because it’s brown, it looks very natural on the eyes and doesn’t look overly harsh. The formulation is great- it glides on smoothly and is highly pigmented. This eyeliner is a little bit more liquid-y compared to the Dollywink.
10. Maybelline Rocket Volum’ Express (US$5.94 at Target.com)
This mascara volumises and lengthens my eyelashes really well with minimal clumps because I only use 1 coat. It looks good but the only thing I don’t like about this mascara is that it tends to weigh down my already stubborn, stick-straight lashes.
11. Buxom Lash Mascara (US$19 at Sephora.com)
This mascara is the bomb (does anyone still say that?)! I love mascaras that lengthen and volumises but still makes your lashes look natural and this is the mascara. I especially love this mascara for the natural lengthening effect that it gives. I shall do a review on it soon ๐Ÿ™‚ Stay tuned!
My Everyday Lip Products
12. Maybelline Color Whisper in Pink Possibilities (US$5.94 at Target.com)
This is a moisturising lip “butter”. It is a beautiful, sheer rosy pink colour that looks like a “my lips but better” colour. A great everyday lipstick! I have been wearing this almost everyday recently. It’s really moisturising and it doesn’t accentuate the fine lines on my lips. The only con is that it slides off after 2-3 hours.
13. NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Amsterdam & Milan (US$6 at nyxcosmetics.com)
I love my NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams! They have a doe-foot applicator and it is a cream formula. You apply it like gloss but it finishes like lipstick. They’re super opaque and not drying at all. The matte finish is really pretty.

I've been wanting the Nyx Soft Matt Lip Cream for ages – they look amazing!

  • I LOVE baby lips too! You definitely should. They are super creamy and pigmented. Extremely affordable too!

  • I love the UDPP too! However sometimes when you don't use them, the oil will separate, that's the only problem! haha

  • Hmm.. I've never had that problem. Is yours the old doe-foot applicator packaging? 'Cause I've heard that that formula is quite different. Thanks for reading ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Mine is not the doe-foot applicator packaging, but I guess I do not apply makeup as often, that's why =)

And I just submitted my link hohoho~
