Hey guys! Today I have two reviews for you and they are for the K-Palette Long Lasting Eyeliner and also the Long Lasting Eyebrow Pencil. In this post, I will also show you the difference between black and brown eyeliner. I was sent these products about one month or so ago to do an honest review on and I took so long because eyeliners are honestly one of my favourite makeup products ever so I wanted to really try them out and do an in-depth review.
K-Palette also sent me an extra eyeliner to give away to one of my readers so thank you so much for that 🙂 Check the end of this post for giveaway rules, widget, etc.

K-Palette Eyebrow Pencil in 02 (RM49.90)
When I first got this eyebrow pencil, I was kind of skeptical because I don’t like pencils for my eyebrows because I feel like they tend to look harsh and make my eyebrows really dark and unnatural. But at that time I was also looking for a great product for my eyebrows because I had finally gotten my brows waxed and they finally had a shape to them, hehe.
As you can see in the picture above (ignore the black and brown, I totally forgot to take individual pics for my brows, sorry :/ and I know I need to tweeze them LOL), my brows actually look very natural and doesn’t look harsh. The colour also suits my hair colour pretty well and gives a very soft looking finish to the brows. It feels kind of like a waxy formula that helps keep my eyebrows in place all day long. I’m already half way through my pencil!
K-Palette Real Lasting 1 Day Tattoo Eyeliner in DB01 (RM59.90)
This eyeliner is a liquid eyeliner in the shape of a felt tip pen. The formula on this eyeliner is really nice: smooth, even and pigmented. The consistency of this eyeliner is very runny and sometimes may take a few swipes if you want a really dark line. On my super oily eyelids, this lasts about 4-5 hours without primer. If I use a primer underneath, it lasts the entire day. I’ve been wearing this a lot especially when I’m doing a natural eye.
Difference between Black & Brown Eyeliner
When I first started wearing makeup, I always wondered why the heck would someone want to buy brown eyeliner. I think it’s safe to say that I knew very little about makeup at that time. I decided to include this because I thought it might help some of you who are in my situation. So.. what is the difference between black and brown eyeliner? The brown eyeliner that I used is my K-Palette DB01 and the black is from another brand.
Natural liner: You can see that brown and black eyeliners give completely different looks. Brown eyeliner gives a soft, natural look to the eyes while black is a harsh and dark look. Both are pretty, depending on what look you’re going for.
Winged liner: For winged liner, I definitely prefer my black liner because it gives a more precise, sharper look to the eyes. Using black to wing out the liner also gives your eyes more of a dolly look too.
Lower liner: For lower liner, I definitely prefer using my brown eyeliner. It gives a soft, defined look. Since it is such a soft colour, it is a lot easier to control when drawing on your lower lashline especially with a liquid liner.
My Favourite Combination
My favourite combination: Using the black eyeliner to draw a winged eyeliner on my upper lashline and using the brown eyeliner to define the lower lash line.
All-in-all, I really enjoyed both these products. My favourite out of the two is the eyebrow pencil because it’s something I use every single day. The felt tip pen is very easy to control and gives a nice, precise line.
