Sachajuan Haircare Review – Ken’s Apothecary

Hi guys! Awhile ago, Ken’s Apothecary contacted me and asked if I would like to review a new haircare range, Sachajuan, which Esplanade Avenue imported all the way from Stockholm, Sweden! If you guys have been following me for some time now, you’d know that I used to chemically straighten my hair ever since I was 10 years old so my hair is pretty much fried, haha.
They sent me a couple of samples to try out: Sachajuan Hair Repair, Dry Hair Shampoo & Conditioner, and Intense Repair Shampoo & Conditioner.
More pictures & review after the jump!

Sachajuan Intense Repair Shampoo & Conditioner
Uhm, this product was so-so to me. It doesn’t dry my hair out, but it doesn’t do much for my hair either. The good thing about this is that, the shampoo smells amazing and the conditioner just smells like.. conditioner, lol! Considering the price point of this, I’d rather just get a shampoo & conditioner from our local drugstores. But if you like a little “luxury”, by all means, go for it.

Sachajuan Dry Hair Shampoo & Conditioner
Since I do have pretty dry tips, I feel like this one worked a lot better on me than the Intense Repair did. I love this shampoo and conditioner! Together, they make my hair feel super smooth and soft for the whole day and they smell really good too! It doesn’t feel heavy, and doesn’t make my hair feel oily after a while like some dry hair shampoos do.

I really didn’t like this! It smelled bad, and did nothing for my hair. I feel like it made my hair more tangly than it was before. Maybe I’m not using it right? I don’t know. The product was also really hard to get out from the bottle, because you’d have to squeeze the bottle and the bottle is made from really hard plastic so it’s super hard to squeeze.

I feel like the only one I would recommend & buy (if you have damaged and dry hair) is the Dry Hair range.
