Jior Couture has a mystery polish up for sale every month and I am reviewing three for you today – the mystery polishes for January 2015, February 2015, and March 2015. I think it’s a very fun concept since you don’t know what the shade will be when you order it so it’s like a surprise when it comes in the mail.

January 2015 is a beautiful dusty mauve-rose colour with round, square and gold flakies. The formula of this is amazing – the polish goes on smoothly and evenly. This polish is the perfect consistency and it goes opaque in two thin coats. This colour is absolutely gorgeous – super feminine and classy looking. I love the look of the pieces of gold flakies suspended in the polish.

My favourite polish out of the three, hands down! February 2015 is an AMAZING pink glitter, holographic polish. Under normal lighting situations, it is a bright medium pink colour with hot pink glitters. Under direct lighting, or when the sun hits the nail, is when the magic happens – it shifts into a purple. The holographic properties of this polish is absolutely beautiful! Again, amazing formula – even application, and perfect consistency. This can definitely be a one-coater but for this review, I decided to do two coats with top coat.
March 2015 is a very unique colour. I didn’t think it would look good on my skintone (medium-tan) at all, but after I applied it, it’s actually a beautiful colour that looks super classy on the nails. It’s a darker olive green colour with shimmer running through it and olive green hexagonal, square and round glitters.
Overall, these Jior Couture lovelies have amazing formula – they are easy to apply and are the perfect consistency. Jior Couture polishes are all 5-free, and best of all – cruelty-free! The ladies behind Jior Couture are actually a mother and daughter team (what a great way to bond, right?).
I highly recommend Jior Couture polishes, there are many shades on sale for only $6 on the site now!
