Hey guys! I said in a previous Lush Haul (which was almost two years ago.. what!) that I would live in a Lush store if I could.. and I still stand by that. Lush is one of my favourite shops ever and sadly, of course, they don’t have a store in Malaysia (which they should change, pronto!). So whenever I get a chance to go into a Lush store when I’m travelling, I usually stock up! Lush products are my go-to after a long day, or when I need a little pampering during the weekend. They never let me down, ever. So I’m in Perth, and I went into the Lush store at Garden City and got some bath goodies! 🙂 All prices are quoted in AU$.
Tisty Tosty Bath Bomb ($6.75)
“You’ll find 7 rosebuds in this rose scented bath which float on the water, releasing a magical love spell.”
I’ve had this before and it is one of the best bath bombs I’ve tried from them. Tisty Tosty has more of a floral rose scent and it even has seven little dried rose petals in the bath bomb that will float in your bath. The petals aren’t tiny so they aren’t that harvd to clean from the tub. If you’ve read my Lush Collection post, you’ll know I’m not one for floral scented products, but this one is an exception! It’s very fresh and the floral scent is not too overpowering.
Ickle Baby Bot ($3.95)
“Lavender and Chamomile sleep-inducing bath, cunningly disguised as a robot. Rub a warm bath, drop it in and enjoy the fragrant fizz.”
This is one that I’ve wanted for so long but I’ve never really picked this up. Recently I’ve had this sudden love toward relaxing scents so I definitely had to pick up Ickle Baby Bot. This robot has such a relaxing scent lol. I don’t have problems sleeping, but this will just be very relaxing after a long day! And how cute is he!
Honey I Washed My Hair ($13.95)
“Delicious honey shampoo made with our best-selling toffee sweet scent. For soft and shiny hair with a little lift.”
This is a Solid Shampoo Bar. I’ve never tried any of these before, but I heard really good things about their solid shampoo bars so I thought this would be the perfect one to pick out since it has the same scent as my favourite Lush soap ever – the Honey I Washed the Kids Soap. It smells amazing and I can’t wait to use both of them at the same time and smell like a bucket of honey.
Granny Takes A Dip Ballistic ($6.75)
“Drop into warm water for psychedelic swirls of foaming colour across your ginger, pepper and lemon-scented bath.”
This one I initially wanted to pick up just because I saw a video of it being dropped into the water and let me tell you …it was magical! But when I went in store and smelled this… I was instantly sold! Eventhough it has ginger and pepper notes, the lemon scent definitely overpowers the rest. I love citrusy scents so this was an obvious purchase for me! I’m so excited to use this!!
Sex Bomb Bath Bomb ($6.25)
“If this isn’t the sexiest bath you’ve ever had (by yourself), we’ll eat our hats.”
This is another repurchase for me from my very first Lush purchase. This is another floral-scented one but I still really like it! It turns the bath water pink and yes, it’s the sexiest bath you’ll ever have by yourself, ever! haha. This is also one of their best-selling bath bombs, if not their best.
You’ve Been Mangoed bath Melt ($7.50)
“A bright and breezy bar with softening fruit butter to give your skin a nutritious breakfast.”
YUM! This one! This has a nice mango scent to it (you don’t say… haha) but it also has a nice, fresh, citrus kick to it. I’ve heard so much about this and I’ve never picked it up because I feel the price is a little high for such a small piece of product! But maybe it’s worth it? I’ve heard that Lush’s Bath Melts turn your water silky smooth and makes your bath feel luxurious. I don’t know yet.. we’ll have to see! I’ll definitely do a review on this 🙂
Brightside Bubble Bar ($10.50)
“A bright and cheerful swirl of a bubble bar to give you a fresh and cheerful perspective. Crumble under the running taps for frothy white clouds of bubbles.”
My favourite bubble bar is by far The Comforter (Yes, the sickly sweet one to people who hate sweet scents haha) but this one might just give it a run for its money. This one definitely still has that candy sweet scent, but there is a lot of citrusy notes in here too that gives it a punch of sour. I love this scent so much and I can’t wait to use it! Lush Bubble Bars are a must for my pampering sessions!
Karma Soap ($7.50 for 100g)
“An orange translucent soap with masses of karma scent. Wash all over with this spiritual bar of karma.”
This soap is a very different purchase for me! I feel like this has that citrusy lemony scent but it has a little bit of a masculine note in it, but it might just be me! Or maybe my boyfriend juz smellzz really goodzzz. Ok I’ll stop now.
The Godmother Soap ($5.95 for 100g)
“The Godmother. 68% of you wash your hands with washing up liquid! Use this instead.”
What a boring description.. haha. Godmother soap is another repurchase for me. I have a ton of favourite soaps from Lush, and this is definitely in the list! This one, again, has more of a candy sweet scent, but it isn’t sickly sweet. It’s a little bit fresher. This is the exact same scent as the Snow Fairy Shower Gel if you’ve tried that.
Lush Soap Stack: Ice Blue & Sandstone ($12.95 for 2x100g)
“Revive your skin with this duo of refreshing and uplifting soaps.”
These two are new scents for me because like I said, I used to only like sweet scents. Now there’s just something about fresh scents that gets me too! Ice Blue smells like straight-up cool mint and it smells so fresh and something I would definitely use in the morning as a wake-me-up scent. Sandstone smells pretty lemony but nothing too crazy. I love myself a citrus smelling soap so.. yeah
BB Seaweed Fresh Face Mask ($13.95)
“Relaxing, reviving, mineral-rich mask to cleanse, soften and beautify. Fresh nutritious seaweed, cleansing kaolin, antiseptic honey, calming aloe vera and rose absolute makes this a great mask for everyone.”
I’ve never picked up Lush’s fresh face masks before because the price scares me! It’s a tiny tub, and you can only use it for a few weeks before it goes bad. But every time I ask someone what their favourite Lush product is, one of their fresh face masks always comes up so I thought what the heck. I picked up their best-selling one, according to the friendly lady there. 🙂
Herbalism Cleanser (Sample)
“Join the cult clean. Control excess oil. Prevent breakouts.”
Said friendly lady also gave me a sample of their Herbalism cleanser to try out. She asked me what type of skin I had, and I told her I’m very prone to breakouts and I have oily skin so she gave me this to try! Like the name would suggest, it smells very herb-y and not a pleasant scent at all (to me at least!). But if it works, the scent is not that big of a deal!
So that’s everything I got, and I think I’ve stocked up enough to last me until my next trip to Lush. I absolutely love Lush and their products and I can’t wait to try all of these! I also ordered a bunch of other things from Lush’s online website and that will be in Part 2 of my Lush Haul. What are your favourite products from Lush? Let me know in the comments!
Thanks for reading, xoxo
