Hansaeng Cosmetics Rin Bi-Gyeol Yun Cream

Hi there! Today’s review is also from my BNTgirls box for August, and it is the Hansaeng Cosmetics Rin Bi-Gyeol Yun Cream. I’ve done a review of the Hansaeng Cosmetics Rin Bi-Gyeol Soo Cream, Rin Bi-Gyeol Soo Essence, and Rin Bi-Gyeol Yun Emulsion before.

If you’ve read my previous posts on any of these Hansaeng Cosmetics products, you would have read about their amazing ingredients. Their Rin Bi-Gyeol skincare range is made of a fermented ginseng and the dan-hwa-yon. The dan-hwa-yon is a bundle of 10 different oriental medicine extracts that include: liquorice, black sesame, alba bark extract and more.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again.. Their packaging is one of the prettiest packaging I’ve seen in skincare. The gold accent in the packaging makes it look and feel luxurious. Not only that, because I have a ton of products in my stash, the bright orange colour stands out well and I know exactly what it is without having to pull it out first.

I said in my last post about the Rin Bi-Gyeol Soo Cream, that eventhough it’s a cream, it has a very lightweight texture. However, for this one, it definitely has more of a “cream” consistency. It still goes on pretty lightweight and spreads out thin and easily. It does, however, leave the skin feeling a little bit greasy, so I’m not a huge fan of that. I use this often at night and I wake up to soft, smooth skin.

It moisturises my face really well, but I haven’t noticed anything in regards to making my skin more elastic, or anything like that. It helps smooth out my face and preps it really well, and makeup goes on smoothly in the morning.

All in all, I liked this product, but I can’t say that I loved it. I definitely prefer the Rin Bi-Gyeol Soo cream over this one. This gives me the same results that the Soo cream gives, but this one is definitely heavier and leaves more of a greasy residue on the face. Since I have oily skin, I prefer the Soo cream that soaks right into the skin. However, if you have dry skin, this one might be better for you!

Thanks for reading, xoxo
